It’s essential to keep your contact details up to date in TrustMe so you can keep receiving your security codes and maintain access to your digital identity. You can make changes directly from the app.
1. Change my phone number
- Open the TrustMe app and sign in.
- On your home screen, tap “My phone number.”
- Select “Replace phone number” at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm your choice by tapping the red “Replace” button.
- Enter your new mobile number.
- Confirm the operation by entering the confirmation code sent by SMS to your new number.
2. Change my email address
- From the app’s home screen, tap “My email address.”
- Select “Replace email” at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm your choice by tapping the red “Replace” button.
- Enter your new email address.
- Check your inbox and enter the confirmation code you received by email to confirm the change.
