About the contact form
The website’s contact form uses direct email transmission. The information entered does not pass through an A3BC server or get stored in a database as part of the submission process. It is transmitted through the visitor’s email client, like a regular email.
Where the personal data you provide through the contact form (name, business email address and message) relates to a commercial request, such as a request concerning our services or pricing, the processing carried out by A3BC GROUP is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Providing this information is therefore necessary for A3BC GROUP to process and respond to your request. You are free not to provide this information; however, if you do not provide it, we will not be able to respond to your request.
About audience measurement
To measure website traffic and improve the website, we use Matomo. The tool is configured to collect browsing data in a strictly anonymized manner, including through IP address masking. For more information about how this tool operates and its configuration under the CNIL exemption, please refer to our Cookie Policy.
Contact form. Information submitted through the contact form (name, business email address and message) is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact initiated by the data subject, in accordance with the CNIL guidelines applicable to the management of commercial activities.
After this period, if there has been no further communication, the data is deleted. Before deletion, A3BC GROUP may contact the individual to ask whether they wish to remain in contact.
Audience measurement (Matomo). In accordance with CNIL recommendations for audience measurement tools:
The personal data of visitors to this website is not disclosed to any third party for commercial purposes.
A3BC GROUP uses two processors within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR:
nnoCraft Limited, the company that hosts and operates the Matomo Cloud service, is based in New Zealand. New Zealand is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection under an adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR.
The transfer of data to InnoCraft is therefore compliant with the GDPR and does not require additional safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
The data itself (the Matomo instance and its backups) is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Europe (Frankfurt, with backups in Dublin).
