Using your personal phone number

Please note: we recommend using your personal phone number. A single phone number can only be associated with one TrustMe account.

If you don’t have a personal number, you may exceptionally use that of a trusted family member or friend. Keep in mind, though, that this number will be linked to your account and may be used during certain security checks.

Your number isn’t on the list?

If you can’t find your phone number on this list, feel free to contact our support team by email at support@trustmeid.io, stating your country and your number’s dialing code.

Your requests help us identify which dialing codes to support next. In the meantime, a workaround is available: it’s explained in the article My phone number isn’t supported by the app.
