TrustMe is a secure digital identity app that lets you prove your identity to our partners. Creating an account is completely free.
Before creating your account, certain requirements must be met.
Who can use TrustMe?
You can create a TrustMe account if you meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a smartphone or tablet compatible with iOS or Android.
- Have a phone number with a dialing code accepted by TrustMe.
- Have a valid email address.
You can use TrustMe from any country, as long as you have a phone number compatible with the app.
Why is this information requested?
When creating your account, several pieces of information are requested to guarantee the security of your digital identity.
Your phone number secures your account and is used to receive verification codes needed for certain operations. Your email address is used to send you important information about your account and to make certain procedures easier, such as recovering your access if needed.
Finally, verifying your identity confirms who you are so that you can use TrustMe with our partners (FranceConnect, staffing agencies, etc.).
Which phone numbers are accepted?
TrustMe accepts phone numbers from a list of countries and territories. To check whether yours is compatible, see the article Which phone numbers are accepted?, where you can search for your country or dialing code.
Which documents are accepted?
To create your account and verify your identity, you must provide an official ID document.
Accepted documents depend on the country that issued your document. You’ll find the full list of compatible documents in the article Which documents are accepted based on my country?
