TrustMe lets you securely prove your identity with many partner services, without having to redo your identity verification every time you use it.
Once your account is created and your identity is validated, you can use TrustMe with compatible services to identify yourself quickly and securely.
The list of compatible partners is updated regularly as new services join.
Using TrustMe with FranceConnect
TrustMe is compatible with FranceConnect.
When signing in to a government service that uses FranceConnect, simply:
- select FranceConnect as your sign-in method
- choose TrustMe among the identity providers offered
- sign in to your TrustMe account
- confirm sharing the requested information.
You’ll then be automatically redirected to the government service.
Compatible staffing agencies
TrustMe is also compatible with several partner staffing agencies. You’ll find the complete list of our partners on our dedicated All our partners page.
This list may change as new partners join.
How do I know if a service is compatible?
For government services, simply look for the FranceConnect button on the sign-in page.
After clicking it, you’ll be able to select TrustMe as your identity provider.
For staffing agencies and other partners, the sign-in process may vary depending on the service.
Do I need to already have a TrustMe account?
Yes.
To use TrustMe with a partner service, you need to have a TrustMe account and have completed your identity verification.
If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll first need to create your account and get your identity validated before you can use compatible services.
What information is shared with partners?
Your privacy is a priority.
Partners never have access to all the information in your account.
Only the information strictly necessary for the requested service is shared, and only after your consent.
Before any data is shared, TrustMe clearly shows you which information will be sent to the partner.
My service isn’t compatible with TrustMe
If a service or organization isn’t compatible with TrustMe, unfortunately it won’t be possible to use your TrustMe account to identify yourself with them.
In this case, we invite you to contact that service directly to find out which identification methods they accept.
The decision to make a service compatible with TrustMe belongs to that partner.
Are new partners being added?
Yes.
New services and partners regularly join the TrustMe ecosystem.
The list of compatible services will therefore continue to grow over time.
